When will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Your order will be processed within 24 hours upon payment. It will be delivered via standard courier which will take about 2-3 days to reach you. As an example, an order paid on Monday will be packed on Tuesday and delivered by Friday to you.

Urgent Same Day or Next Day Delivery option can be arranged upon request, subject to availability. Please chat us for urgent delivery.

Question 2

Can i arrange to pick up my order from you?

Unfortunately, we do not have a storefront today for customer to pick up their orders from us.  However, we have a current partnership with T.Cartel where you may find some of our products available in their pop-up store at Clarke Quay.
Address: #B1-90 Clarke Quay (near the fountain, along the stretch where NTUC is)
Operating Hours: 11am to 9pm (Mondays to Fridays).
